myhomedelivery.net is HARTMANN’s complete tool for managing all clinical and supply chain aspects of a home delivery NHS contract.

 

Features include:

  • Optimised community clinical assessment, care and product provision.
  • Deployed  on the secure N3 / NHSnet network,
  • Team management, approval workflow, control of costs and efficient working.
  • Digital capture of assessment from community nurse and prescription request.
  • Mobile enabled nurse working e.g.  Toughbook’s, Digital Pens, Smart devices.

  • Digital prescription receipt from patient.

We certify with the HSCIC Information Governance Toolkit, we are ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security Management) certified and we employ the latest security techniques to protect our customer’s data. We use the NHS.net to deploy our systems.
