PAUL HARTMANN Limited achieves highly commended in the Community Care Award of the 2014 Excellence in Supply Awards North West
Building on the success of last year's inaugural NHS North West Procurement Development Excellence in Supply Awards the North West Coast Academic Health Science Network sponsored a second awards event this year. This promotes and celebrates private sector organisations working in partnership with the NHS to deliver high quality, effective and efficient patient care; helping the health service to do more for less.
The Excellence in Supply Awards recognise the contribution suppliers have made to the delivery of excellent patient care and are open to any business which supplies goods, works or services to Trusts in the North West.
In attendance were Suppliers, Trust CEOs, Executive Directors, Clinicians, Heads of Procurement, representatives from the Department of Health, Government Procurement Service and NHS Supply Chain.
HARTMANN had been successfully shortlisted under the category of Community Care Award for HARTMANN training and educational support for continence services. The submission focussed on the proactive educational support and training offered to customers in the North West.
HARTMANN are very pleased and proud of having achieved the HIGHLY COMMENDED award in the Community Care category. The award was well received by the HARTMANN team and is true recognition for the excellent standard of clinical resources offered and delivered to customers, enabling excellence in clinical care.
This is the second year that HARTMANN have been recognised for their excellent partnership working with the NHS, within the North West of England. Another example of the excellent customer care that HARTMANN offers.
